GODDARD, MRS. ROBERT H. Typed Letter Signed "Esther C. Goddard" in answer to an inquiry about the location of Goddard homes near the Annapolis, Maryland area prior to Dr. Goddard's death in 1945. She sends her regrets at being unable to supply an autograph. She did provide two 5x4 inch silver prints of the Annapolis area homes which are included. One page, 6x9 inches on her personal stationery. Worcester, MA, 18 August 1973

Mrs. Goddard (1901-1982) was very diligent in responding to requests about her husband's activities and history. The letter gives the general location of each home located on Chesapeake Bay. One was known as the "Lyon House" owned by a Mrs. Lyons of Baltimore. The other was the "Soper House" owned by Mrs. Soper of Annapolis.
