GORDON PARKS (1912-2006) Portrait of Alberto Giacometti. 1951; printed 1990s. Silver print, the image measuring 10x11¾ inches (25.4x29.8 cm.), the sheet 11x14 inches (27.9x35.6 cm.), with Parks' signature and date 1997 in ink on verso.
Apparently Parks selectively bleached and toned this print to emphasize the drama of the sculptor sitting amidst his work.
