Small 4to, old limp vellum backed with paper; blank top portion of front free endpaper excised, minor marginal dampstains at beginning and end, light marginal foxing, early inscription on title oxidized with resulting small holes not affecting text but touching bottom of woodcut on verso, stain on last 2 leaves, last leaf torn in upper margin slightly affecting page number.
