"Yosemite, Sunset on our Campground" undated "Tualatin Valley" 1952 "Digitalis (Foxglove) May 1955 Cloverdale Oregon" "Verdugo Mists / The Old Vineyard - Tujunga. 1964." This work completed shortly before his death. Bright, beautiful landscapes in tones of green, blue, purple, displaying Michelson's gifts as a fine colorist and draughtsman. Best known for his magazine illustrations, commercial design and, later, his Hollywood movie star posters, these personal travel landscapes show another side of his talents.
