Gordon Cooper's LM Lunar Sample Blueprint. Illustrates two positions of the Lunar Transfer Bag as located on an early drawing of what would later be known as the Modularized Equipment Stowage Assembly (MESA). The MESA was a pallet-type device and folded into the LM's descent stage for outward deployment by the crew on the lunar surface. Approximately 17x11 inches, pre-folded.
