Prince Henry of Prussia (1862-1929) was the younger brother of Kaiser Wilhelm II and a career naval officer. He was more charming and diplomatic than his brother, and his 1902 tour of America went far toward improving relations between the two nations. The tour included, of course, a meeting with President Roosevelt. Includes: Two letters addressed to James H.
