Yakumo is known for both its hot springs and carved wooden bears, which local farmers began making as a winter activity. This poster bears an ink stamp "Loaned by Central Outdoor Advertising Agency Co. Inc., Cleveland, Ohio." It is unknown if this poster was ever realized.
