HARING, KEITH; AND ORTIZ, ANGEL. Two items, each with a small ink drawing by Haring: Autograph Letter Signed, by Haring * Photograph Postcard Signed, by both. The letter, intended for Angel Ortiz's teachers at the Seward Park High School Annex ("To Whom it May Concern"), explaining that Ortiz's absence from school is due to his traveling with Haring on his European exhibition tour. At the bottom of the page is a thumbnail-size sketch, showing a human figure on all fours. 1 page, 8vo, ruled paper with 3 holes punched in left margin. The postcard, "K.Haring / 83" by Haring, and "LA II" [Little Angel tag] by Ortiz, both on the correspondence side at center. At the left of the signatures is a small sketch of a dancing man.
