Condition B+: repaired tears, creases, abrasions and restoration in margins and image. Rodmell, for whom little biographical information exists, worked for many different shipping companies, including the French Line, Shaw Savill & Albion, Norddeutscher Lloyd, Swedish Lloyd and the Bergen Line. The majority of his posters are realistic depictions of ships and landscapes.
