Condition B+: repaired tears in margins; horizontal folds. Boutet specialized in the representation of the young, sexy and elegant Parisienne "petit trottin," and this poster certainly would have reflecteded the content of his show. This is the only Salon des Cent poster printed in this elongated format. In 1898 Boutet had a second solo exhibition at the Salon, of his dry-point prints. Salon des Cent p. 30, Neumann p. 33.
