In the 1990s, Herbert Gentry lived and exhibited his work in both the U.S. and Sweden. In 1998, he had a one man exhibition at Stella Jones Gallery in New Orleans. Herbert Gentry's 1993 painting The Three (Talks, Profiles, Meetings and Conversations) is currently exhibited in the Lewis Tanner Moore Collection of African American Art at the Windmere Museum, Philadelphia.
