Leupin was one of the most prolific Swiss poster artists in the post-war years. His work, largely based around visual gags, is often compared to that of Raymond Savignac, although, in fact, he was much more versatile in his style than his French counterpart. Leupin designed a small handful of posters for Coca-Cola in the 1950s, several of which had the theme of "pause," in which the soda was represented as the drink of choice when people were on breaks. This is the French version. Leupin / Richter 63.
