Based on an assessment of states and the inclusion of "Printed and Sold by Robert Sayer opposite Fetter Lane Fleet Street" to the "Trulla" plate, we surmise that this set represents an early Sayer issue, prepared shortly after he succeeded Philip Overton (who operated at that address), but before the imprints were comprehensively changed.
