Hand-signed by the artist in pen. Howard Koslow is a painter and a stamp designer who has painted on commission for NASA, the United States Air Force, the Coast Guard and the National Park Service. He is a member of the Society of American Historical Artists, and also designed travel posters in the 1960s.
