a charming illustrated handmade work by a woman named Elizabeth Lucos (signed on final page). Executed in painstaking detail and with great skill. The sections include: Souvenirs de Famille [4 pages], Ordinaire de la Messe [61 pages], Ceremonies du Mariage [5 pages], Messe de Mariage [24 pages], signature [1] page. Each page contains 13 lines of text, written in black ink with occasional use of red, within single line frame. Surrounding each frame is an elaborate border in numerous colors, often with gold and silver highlights, depicting animals, flowers, decorations, and biblical motifs.
