Folio, 300x208 mm, 19th-century black leather over bevelled wooden boards, worn, endleaves renewed; dampstaining in upper margins through most of volume, scattered stains elsewhere, title soiled, blank corner off L6, last leaf reinforced in gutter, small piece excised from front endleaf. Ownership inscriptions and admonitory curses of the Franciscan monastery of Dorsten, North Rhein-Westphalia; armorial bookplates of Prince Augustus Frederick, Duke of Sussex (1773-1843); signatures of the Rev.
