Folio, 309x206 mm, old 1/2 sheep, worn, spine wormed; dark dampstaining in upper margins in first half of volume and in outer margins at end, scattered stains elsewhere, early marginalia throughout, minor worming in gutters, first leaf reinforced in upper margin and rehinged, crudely repaired clean tear across o1, another in blank lower margin of 2g2, last leaf of glossary of names torn in lower outer corner and restored with substantial text loss.
