Folio, 396x277 mm, contemporary wooden boards with modern leather back, missing catches and clasps; handsome wide-margined copy, with only infrequent minor marginal soiling and stains, mainly on the opening leaves. 19th-century embossed stamp of the American Congregational Association, Boston, on first and fifth leaves.
