Folio, 307x208 mm, old limp vellum, spine darkened and partly discolored; marginal soiling and dampstaining on opening leaves, partly cropped contemporary marginalia throughout, leaves of first gathering rehinged, title restored in blank outer margin with stains and old inscriptions.
