Watercolor on wove paper mounted to board, 1933. 285x445 mm; 111/4x171/2 inches. Signed and dated in ink, lower right. Titled and dedicated "with the best regards to the lovely Mrs. Pynch---" in ink over pencil, lower left. Ex-collection Kennedy Galleries, New York, with the label on the frame back.

A home near Albright's studio in Warrenville, outside Chicago. In 1927, Ivan, Malvin (his twin brother), and their father set up studios in an abandoned Methodist church in Warrenville. By 1933, Albright had exhibited in major museums including the Art Institute of Chicago, the Dayton Art Institute, the Corcoran Gallery, Washington, DC, and the Museum of Modern Art, NewYork, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
