Silver print, the image measuring 7¾x9⅝ inches (19.7x24.4 cm.), the sheet slightly larger, with a date stamp, a Museum of the City of New York typed exhibition label, and additional notation "Yard in Jersey Street--it costs a dollar a month to sleep in these sheds" in pencil in an unknown hand, on verso.
