Thalia Westcott Millett (1878-1938), was an American artist who studied in Paris under the post-Impressionist Albert André. She exhibited at the Milch Gallery, New York, in 1917 and exhibited work in the early 1920s depecting dilapidated areas of Paris at galleries such as Durand-Ruel, New York.
