Air Union was founded in 1923 and operated independently for ten years before joining with several other small French Airline companies and forming Air France. No information exists on the artist and one has to wonder if the name isn't an ironic pseudonym. rare. We could find no other copy at auction, and only one copy in an institution - the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum.
