This vintage print was made by JEB. Barbara Smith is a groundbreaking and lifelong Black feminist writer, activist, scholar, and organizer. As one of the original founders of the influential Black feminist Combahee River Collective, Barbara continues to be a key figure in the creation and realization of modern intersectional feminism. Beverly Smith is a Black Feminist health advocate, writer, academic, theorist and activist who is a co-author of the Combahee River Collective Statement. They are twins.
