An archive of approximately 45 photographs of events and nightclubs, mostly in Cleveland's African American community, including souvenir photographs in their original colorful folders.


The group including 23 nightclub and party photographs in original souvenir folders as well as photographs depicting the Miss AMVET pageant, nightclub and cabaret musicians and performers, and local politicians. Silver prints, 23 images measuring approximately 3x4 inches (7.6x10.2 cm.), and the reverse, enclosed in souvenir photo folders, the remaining images measuring 8x10 inches (20.3x25.4 cm.), and the reverse, approximately 3/4 of the prints with Baynes' credit hand stamp, on verso. 1950s-60s

Accompanied by ephemera, including four photographs of Baynes, a publication with his business advertisement, his business cards, and empty souvenir photo envelopes, many not folded.
