The first, manuscript document in unknown hand, transferring all rights to the songs "That Oriental Girl of Mine" and "Some Beautiful Morning" from Cliff Friend to Jolson. Additionally signed by Cliff Friend and A.H. Woods. The second, partly-printed document, transferring certain rights to "I Gave Her That" from Jolson to Columbia Graphophone Manufacturing Co. Countersigned by Assistant Secretary John J. Brands. The third, typed document, agreeing to one year of employment as a motion picture producer for the Columbia Pictures Corporation as a motion picture producer. Countersigned by Columbia president Harry Cohn, and additionally initialed in lower left margin of first page by Jolson and Cohn.
