An abstract expressionist artist of international renown, del Valle was one of the co-founders of the "Puerto Rican Arts Center" in 1950. "Vecinos" (Neighbors), was a film produced by the DIVEDCO film sector. As with the other posters produced at this time, the blank spaces at the bottom would have been filled in to announce various locations and show times.
