This brightly colored image printed in Czechoslovakia is advertising a brand of "red desert wine." However, an early tin sign advertisement for a product with the same name promotes it as Dalmatian Blood Wine, and encourages anemics to drink it for health. The image of a Dracula-type character drinking the wine would be in keeping with the idea of a blood wine, even if the most famous, "Bulls Blood," comes from Hungary, not Dalmatia.
