Kellar goes on to urge Houdini to amicably settle his dispute with De Biere, concluding that the only satisfied parties will be the lawyers who "milk both parties to a finish." The letter concludes with several paragraphs devoted to the death of Paul Keith [owner of the theatre chain bearing his name].
