Additional Details

His published nomination acceptance speech, delivered on September 14, includes a version of joke No. 4: "You can tell something about a political party by the title it gives its platform. We called ours 'The Rights of Man'. I'm not sure what the Republicans called theirs--but it may be 'The Power of Positive Thinking'."
On the following day, versions of the following two jokes were also incorporated into speeches: No. 4 in the Zembo Mosque speech, and No. 5 in the Harrisburg speech.
