Photograph Signed, by both, as President and First Lady, additionally inscribed by Jackie, "To Duane with appreciation," 1/2-length portrait by Richard Avedon, from the sessions he conducted with the Kennedy family in Palm Beach, FL, on January 3, 1961. Inscribed in the blank lower margin. Gelatin silver print, mounted to board trimmed to size, with copyright hand stamp on verso of mount. Additionally signed by the photographer, in black ink against dark area, lower left, "avedon 61." 12 1/4x10 inches; minor abrasion at John's left elbow. Np, [1961]
