According to Reddy (1925-2018), "I tried to realize the maximum impact of an object flying and to build that experience in a plate. This required finding new ways and new materials. A series of deep-bitten structures were made on the plate and printed in contact process by juxtaposition of streaks of colors," (Krishna Reddy: A Retrospective, Bronx Museum of the Arts, New York, 1981, page 69).
