Mostly printed in black letter. 4to, 189x135 mm, contemporary calf with later gilt spine title, recased, endpapers renewed, spine ends and center compartments chipped, front cover detached, rear cover loose with last 2 text leaves and rear free endpaper adhered; margins trimmed entering sidenotes, marginal soiling through most of volume, light dampstaining at beginning and end, blank upper margin of title restored, clean tear in lower outer corner of 3A3, worming in blank upper inner corners toward end. Pirated edition of the world chronicle begun by Lanquet, who died in 1545 at the age of 24, and completed and first published by Cooper in 1549.
