Condition B+: extensive creases and abrasions in margins, some affecting image; pin holes in corners; unobtrusive notations in lower left corner. This poster depicts an elegant couple watching a car pass them on a driveway shrouded in shadows. The sophisticated Art Deco imagery combines a mixture of light and shadow with a contrast between the natural beauty and the architecture of this spa town. Taylor was a painter known for his portraits and interiors with figures. This is Taylor's only known poster. Not in Furness vol. 6.
