Titled Summer Help and subtitled First "Tea Dance" Painting this oil on canvas from Paoletti depicts the iconic Provincetown 'Tea Dance,' a historically important and revered institution for almost 50 years, that occurs at The Boatslip. Paoletti was a painter, designer and proprietor of Provincetown's Elephant Walk Inn from 1985-2003. He was dubbed as a major actor in the development of Provincetown as a major gay tourist resort.
