Rising from deep blue water, a siren with flowing orange hair, holds up the product being advertised (a bicycle tire) and with it frames the factory where these tires are produced. Perhaps the conceit is that these tires are light enough to float on the water and thus provide a smooth ride, or perhaps Cappiello merely wanted to grab everyone's attention with a provocative image. Either way, a superb example of Cappiello's creative design sense.
