The visual splendors of North America (human, structural and natural), displayed in collage-like fashion against an impressive backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. A North American cross-promotional campaign sponsored by American, Mexican and Canadian railroad concerns, "Urging visitors to use America's railroads to attend both the New York and San Francisco Fairs" (World's Fair p. 218). Pictured, aside from the three central figures, are a streamlined train, a steel mill in the heart of industrial America, a building in the Rockefeller Center complex in Manhattan, a California Mission and Quebec City's Chateau Frontenac. rare.
