An Art Deco image in which the primary attributes of Antwerp, "the global port and city of art" are all presented in an extremely well organized manner. Against a white hand, the symbol of the city, the smoke from the funnel of a stream-lined ship is rising next to a graphic depiction of the Tower of Our Lady's Cathedral which stands in Antwerp's Grote Markt<> (Town Square).
