Additional Details

Marsh was a prominent illustrator from the 1920s through the 50s. In addition to painting numerous covers for Women's Home Companion, Ladies' Home Journal, and Cosmopolitan, she also worked on accounts for Jell-O and Ivory Soap. In 1917, at age 27 she fearlessly hand-painted a billboard overlooking the corner of 5th Avenue and 42nd Street.
