Condition A-: minor chipping and staining in image; pin holes in corners. Framed. This maquette for a 24-sheet billboard was designed for the Southern Pacific by Powers who worked at the Foote, Cone & Belding agency. Although unsigned it is depicted in the 1947 Art Director's Annual (no. 251) where attribution is given to Powers.
