Goodwin and Charles Livingston Bull, decorated by Charles Hooper; bound in vertically ribbed green publisher's pictorial cloth, gilt-decorated, with white endpapers printed in blue, top edge gilt (lacking the scarce original dust jacket; scattered stains; spine slightly cocked, bumped); 7 5/8 x 5 1/8 in.
