Quarto, two parts in one volume, with divisional title page, each with woodcut device of burning heart; bound in full contemporary English sheepskin over boards, worn but intact, without repairs; numerous ownership inscriptions to front fly leaf, including two examples of female provenance: Mary Cooper, and another name, harder to read, on the title page that is followed by "her booke;" generally nicely preserved, front joint tender; some abraded damage to top margin of final four signatures; 7 x 5 1/4 in.
