Leaf 454x304 mm, initial approximately 240x35 mm; slight surface wear at top of initial, black ink oxidized in a few places with resulting tiny holes, vellum slightly yellowed on recto, some text and music rubbed on verso not impairing legibility. Italy, circa 1290
