A mirror image of this ornate window is illustrated in another poster by Peikert (See Swann sale 2629, Lot 271). The other, a winter scene, features a woman peering out, fluffy white snow in the flower box and on the ground, with skis sticking out of it. In an excellent symmetry with the dainty butterfly, the other poster shows glistening icicles.
