Three engravings, progressive states, circa 1520. Each approximately 190x289 mm; 7 1/2x11 1/2 inches, with thread margins or trimmed on the plate mark. One in the first state (of 3), before letters, with a crossbow in a circle watermark; one in the second state (of 3), with the address of Thomassin; one in the third state (of 3), with the addresses of Thomassin and Rossi. Each ex-collection Achenbach Foundation for Graphic Arts, Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco (Lugt 3A and 5069, versos). Very good, well-inked and early impressions of these very scarce engravings.
