[4] leaves, including initial blank. 4to, 279x234 (with mezzotint measuring 205x252 mm), loose in separated heavy brown paper wrappers, chipped along edges; text leaves lightly foxed, narrow horizontal abrasion across blank portion of title reinforced on verso, clean tear in upper right corner of plate.
