"I have received the letter . . . in which you announce to me that the Royal Commission of the London Exposition sent you a medal for me, which you have not been able to send to me, because the mail service refused to accept it. Please have the goodness to give this medal to Monsieur Louis Brandeis, at the music store of Messieurs Brandeis and Dufour, No 1, Boulevard des Italiens, who will see that it gets to me."
