A lengthy, though incomplete, run of Middlebrook's almanacs, with New Haven, Norwich, Bridgeport and other Connecticut imprints. Several of the issues in the 1830s contain a nice image of a railroad on the cover. First issued for the year 1806, the early issues of Middlebrook's almanac are quite scarce. The title changes to Middlebrook's Almanack and eventually to Middlebrook's New-England Almanac. A difficult set to assemble complete.
