Among the many other celebrity guests at these events were Natalie Cole, Maxine Waters, Patti LaBelle, and Cissy Houston. Prominent supporters such as Whitney Houston, Luther Vandross, Elton John, and Lionel Ritchie ("Continue the Fight!") sent in their photos.
