During the emergency situation of the Apollo 13 mission, both Fred Haise and Commander James Lovell used this page to record critical power settings for the Lunar Module. Side PWR-7 illustrates the LM panel 16 circuit breakers and settings for EMER PWR DN (Emergency Power Down). A solid black breaker indicates a closed breaker and a white breaker indicates an open breaker. Actual flight notes by James Lovell in red ink read: "RCS Sys(tem) A/B-2, 4 on off" relating to breaker settings for the LM's Reaction Control System. Lovell has changed the setting requirements to 8 breakers, adding "open" three times and "closed" once and questioned "?" one other setting. Additional notes by Fred Haise in black are "OPEN" on five different breakers and "CLOSE" on five others. Haise has questioned "?" the settings of 4 more breakers. Inscribed and signed by Haise with: "In flight notes in red by James Lovell - carried on and used during the flight of Apollo 13. Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP." An additional inscription of: "Notes in black by myself - Fred Haise."
